• Llys y Fran Reservoir - lovely walks, private fishing (5 mins drive, 20 mins walk)

• St Meilyr's Church, Llys y Fran - beautiful secluded Celtic church by the reservoir

• St Nicholas Church, New Moat - pretty lttle village church (2 mins walk)

• Sarah's Shop (or Siop in Welsh) - anything from newspapers and milk to sink plungers and axes - Maenclochog (5 mins drive, 20 mins walk)

• Bethesda Farm Shop - locally reared, free range meats - best steak for miles

• Tafarn Sinc (Tin Pub) , Rose Bush- great local pub, good beers, friendly welcome from Welsh speaking landlord and lady, good pub grub (10 min drive)

• Narberth - best town ever (read Guardian article here for info on shops etc) 

• Withybush (Haverfordwest) car boot and under cover weekend market - best dvd stall, superb house clearance stall for bargains in china, furniture and nicknacks.
